Rules and regulations
1. A deposit fee of US$ 75.00 is required for the 30 minute session and US$ 125.00 for all other sessions. The remaining fee has to be paid after the session itself within 24 hours.
2. The booking fee is final and non-refundable.
3. No additional image can be arranged after the booking has been paid, if your session requires any additional image please inform me before booking. Please note that the session will be priced accordingly.
4. If the client cancels, he will have to book another session at the regular price.
5. The client is responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by themselves or their guests during the session.
6. The Photographer retains the sole and exclusive ownership of all copyrights to the photographs from the session, including all rights to reproduce, distribute, and display the images. The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered photographs for private purposes only. Any use of the photographs for commercial or promotional purposes, including but not limited to publication, reproduction, or distribution for financial gain, is strictly prohibited without the explicit written consent of the Photographer.
7. Only very basic editing of the image will be provided ( exposure, contrast, cropping ) absolutely no retouching will be done on the image ( photoshop ).
8. Any booking on, Sunday, public holidays or outside the studio opening hours will be charged an extra 45 Usd per hour, please check the opening time at the bottom of this page.
9. Booking must be paid at least 1 week in advance via PayPal transfert or the equivalent in Mauritian Rupee ( Mur ).
10 The turn around time for film processing is 3 weeks, the film are processed and scanned in a professional lab in South Africa.
